Hunter Davis | Operations Manager

Hunter directs operations across the TriShip Partners portfolio, working closely with regional and property teams to support performance and ensure company objectives are carried through at the property level. His role includes operational and financial oversight, maintenance and capital projects, vendor management, compliance, and the transition and stabilization of properties.

Hunter also works to improve processes and establish consistent operational standards across the portfolio. His focus is on identifying challenges, developing practical solutions, and giving teams the structure and support they need to operate successfully.

Eligibility

Towne at Lakewood Heights is a mixed-income community that offers apartment homes for unrestricted and restricted income residents. Restricted Income residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes identified below. If there is a pricing difference above for the same style of unit, it is because the lower priced unit is for Income Restricted residents. Unrestricted residents (residents with incomes above the limits below) may only rent the higher priced apartments.

HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.
